Parkside at Sabre City: A Unique Build-to-Rent Community

With financing from Placer County, HTP has purchased 3.78 acres in Western Placer County which will be developed into 22 single family lots.  Manufactured homes will be placed on each lot, with a three- or four-bedroom primary home and a two-bedroom accessory dwelling unit (ADU), for a total of 44 homes.
