Manufactured homes will be placed on each lot, with a three- or four-bedroom primary home and a two-bedroom accessory dwelling unit (ADU), for a total of 44 homes.

A multifamily community is being planned for an 11.4-acre commercial site located just off of Highway 80 in Penryn, with easy access to a Park ‘n Ride. USA Properties Fund has been selected as our development partner for this property.
