Placer County Board of Supervisors Approves Sabre City Financing
On September 13, 2022, Placer County’s Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a $5 million, fully-amortizing loan to support the development of 44 units of affordable housing in Sabre City.

Housing Trust Placer’s 2022 Fundraiser at Topgolf a Huge Success!
On September 26, 2022, Housing Trust Placer held a fundraising event at Topgolf in Roseville, California. Placer County Supervisors Gore, Gustafson, Holmes, and Jones were in attendance, as well as Shanti Landon representing District Two. Rocklin Mayor Bill Halldin was present, and nearly two hundred leaders from the real estate sector were swinging their clubs in support of affordable housing in Placer County.
